Bobo's Wholesale Policy

• Minimum order: 4 Sleeves 
• Please allow for 14 day lead time on orders over $500
• Shipping: UPS Ground, Free shipping on all orders over $100
• 7 month shelf life from date of production

Overages/Shortages/Damage:
Should you identify an overage, shortage or any damage upon receipt of shipment, you must proceed as follows:

• If Bobo’s Oat Bars has arranged for delivery of the product to your facility, any and all discrepancies must be noted on the signed Bill of Lading (BOL), and damaged product must be refused. If shipment is by small parcel (FedEx or other), any and all discrepancies must be noted when signing for receipt of product. Please notify our Operations Department (orders@eatbobos.com) to proceed with your claim.
• If you have arranged for transportation of the product, your carrier becomes responsible for any discrepancies/damage after signing for the product in good condition at our dock. If discrepancies/damage have occurred in transit, you will need to file a claim with your carrier. We cannot accept claims against product that you pick up.

Delivery & Acceptance of Products:

Upon receipt of products delivered under this contract, Buyer shall have reasonable time, but in no event to exceed 48 hours after delivery, to inspect products. All overages, shortages or damages must be noted on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and Bobo’s Oat Bars Operations Department must be notified immediately by email or phone. Products shall be deemed accepted if Seller receives no written rejection of said products.

Bobo’s Oat Bars does not guarantee sale of product.
